Bayesian scoring weighs rating quality against review volume

Enter your business and competitors to see who really leads — rating alone doesn't tell the full story. We use a confidence-weighted score that accounts for review volume.
A raw star rating doesn't tell the whole story. A 5.0 from 3 reviews is less trustworthy than a 4.6 from 500. Our confidence score uses Bayesian averaging to weight ratings by review volume — businesses with more reviews get scores closer to their actual rating, while low-volume ratings are pulled toward a neutral 3.0. This is the same approach used by Amazon, IMDb, and Reddit to rank items fairly.
